Before working with Kim and Kalee, I felt guarded sharing my fitness journey and doubted my abilities as a coach. They have offered so many amazing training opportunities which have helped me step out of my comfort zone and build my confidence as a leader. Each of the three P90X routines are designed to generate slighly different results.

They are all intense and also make a great option for subsequent rounds of P90X. If you want to bulk up, then P90X Classic is for you. Classic includes heavy strength trainings, push-ups, pull-ups, and some cardio. P90X Classic is an extreme physical and mental challenge.

P90X Doubles If you want extra cardiovascular exercise for performance or weight loss then P90X Doubles may be for you. That being said, you can still incorporate Cardio X into the Classic plan without going totally insane with Doubles see below. For example, on days when I feel like I have some extra time and energy, I will do Cardio X in the evening after doing my regular scheduled workout earlier in the day. The main thing is to only add Cardio X on days when you do the strength training workouts.

The P90X Doubles plan kicks it up another notch. Doubles adds another cardio workout to the Classic plan three or four days a week. The Doubles plan is for those who want some extra cardiovascular exercise, either for performance or weight loss.

And not those icky empty calories! The truth is, it takes more than cardio to transform your body. Except for recovery weeks, this belly-blasting workout is done multiple times per week. The Classic program uses the minute workout three days per week, while the Lean program only uses it twice per week.
